www.moneli.lt elektroninė parduotuvė remiasi Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymais vykdydama prekių grąžinimo politiką:

Pirkėjas turi teisę grąžinti gautas prekes arba reikalauti prekės pakeitimo – per 14 (keturiolika) dienų nuo Prekės gavimo dienos. Prekės grąžinimo išlaidas turi padengti Pirkėjas.

Minėta prekių grąžinimo teisė netaikoma pagal specialius Pirkėjo nurodymus pagamintoms prekėms, kurios nėra iš anksto pagamintos ir gaminamos atsižvelgiant į Pirkėjo asmeninį pasirinkimą ir yra pritaikytos Pirkėjo asmeninėms reikmėms;

Pirkėjas, pageidaudamas grąžinti prekes, turi kreiptis į Pardavėją žodžiu tel. +370 678 43 500 arba atsiųsti Pardavėjui užpildytą laisvos formos prašymą el. p. info@moneli.lt, kuriame būtų išdėstytas sprendimas grąžinti prekę, nurodytas užsakymo numeris.

Prekės grąžinamos MB "Moneli" Reg. adresas: Orchidėjų g. 7, Kaunas, LT – 46302 įmonės registracijos adresu.

Pirkėjas nedelsdamas ir bet kuriuo atveju ne vėliau kaip per 14 (keturiolika) dienų nuo pranešimo Pardavėjui apie savo sprendimą grąžinti prekes pateikimo dienos grąžina arba perduoda Prekes Pardavėjui arba Pardavėjo Prekes priimti įgaliotam asmeniui. Terminas laikomas įvykdytas, jeigu Pirkėjas Prekes išsiuntė prieš pasibaigiant 14 (keturiolikos) dienų laikotarpiui. 

Teise grąžinti Prekes Pirkėjas gali pasinaudoti tik tuo atveju, jeigu nebuvo praleistas 14 (keturiolikos) dienų terminas ir jei Prekę bus įmanoma grąžinti į pirminę būklę ir parduoti už pirkimo kainą.

Pirkėjui, grąžinusiam prekes, grąžinami už Prekes sumokėti pinigai neįskaitant pristatymo išlaidų. Gavęs Prekes ir įvertinęs jų kokybę Pardavėjas grąžina pinigus už Prekes ne vėliau nei per 14 (keturiolika) dienų. Jei grąžinama tik dalis Prekių, Pardavėjęs grąžina sumokėtus pinigus tik už šias prekes, neįskaitant pristatymo išlaidų. 

Pirkėjas atsako už Prekės vertės sumažėjimą, atsiradusį dėl veiksmų, nebūtinų Prekės pobūdžiui, savybėms ir veikimui nustatyti. T. y. Pardavėjas turi teisę vienašališkai sumažinti Pirkėjui grąžinamos sumos dydį, proporcingai minėtam Prekės vertės sumažėjimui.

The returned Goods must be undamaged, in good condition (intact labels, protective films, etc.) and unused. All returned Goods must be accompanied by the authentic labels, protective bags and the same accessories with which they were sold. Returned Goods must be in their original packaging in the same condition as when purchased by the Customer. Any gifts received in exchange for the Goods must be returned at the same time.

If the Buyer returns the Goods due to defects in the quality of the Goods, the Seller undertakes to fully refund to the Buyer the price paid for the defective Goods and to reimburse the costs of delivery and return. If only part of the Goods are returned, the delivery costs shall be refunded only if the remaining Goods of the same order, when purchased alone, would have been subject to a lower rate than the rate applicable when the Goods were purchased together with the returned Goods and only to the extent of the difference between the said rates. If a return method other than that offered by the Seller has been chosen which results in disproportionate or higher costs, the Seller shall not be obliged to cover such return costs.

In the normal course of business, the Seller shall transfer the amounts refunded to the bank account specified by the Buyer in any bank operating in the Republic of Lithuania or shall initiate the withdrawal of the amount or part of the amount reserved from the Buyer's payment card used for payment for the Goods, if the reserved amount has not yet been debited.  

Pardavėjas turi teisę negrąžinti Pirkėjui jo sumokėtų lėšų tol, kol Prekės negrąžintos Pardavėjui ir nėra patikrintos dėl atitikimo Pirkimo taisyklių 7.9 ir 7.10 punktams.
